Docman was a mighty messed up individual.

The term \"Long Beach\" conviction is pretty well known now. As opposed to other parts of California that we've had cases in, the courts in Long Beach are being awfully lenient when it comes to sentencing internet predators.

Gabor Nagy will get the \"Long Beach Special\" of time served, three years probation, sixty days cleaning up highways and will have to register as a sexual offender. That part is really the biggest silver lining in the sentence, as it will show up on his background when he moves or applies for jobs.

Still, we are definitely not pleased with the uniform light sentences being handed out in Long Beach. Vast majority of Riverside, California convictions have received six to twelve months of jail time... some even more. Same state, different sentences.

    Notes from the Contributor, Belvedere
Gabor Nagy met me in a regional California chat room. He didn't mind that my persona was only 12. In fact he liked it. He told me his name was Peter and he was a waiter. Well we found out later that his name was Gabor and he was really a math teacher in a private school. The picture he showed me was gross.

I am glad that I could take part in stopping him from doing this to a real child. While he did not receive a lot of jail time, it was nice to know that with a $400,000 bond, he was forced to wait in jail for his day in court. And with his lifetime requirement of registering as a sex offender, I doubt that he will be in a position to get near kids again.

This is our 119th conviction since June of 2004 and our 79th conviction for the year 2006 thus far.
