So on what day will your mom drop you off there? Saturday or Sunday? What city is that mall in? I need more info. I may have a car to drive there but I'm not sure.
I'm kinda having second thoughts about meeeting you simply because I'm paranoid about this being a set-up. Ever hear of a website called http://www.perverted-justice.com/ go check it out and you'll see why I'm paranoid. Nevertheless, I believe that you are for real.
The library here is open until 5:00 pm and I believe they shut down the computer room about a half hour before closing so please reply before then, ok?
Christopher

Oh, she wasn't for real, Christopher. Sorry!
Yes, our decoys are so good that even when we've been working a guy for a couple months and he learns of our website... he still believes the same people who do the same stuff he saw on the website are real kids. Now that's an endorsement.
Hyatt's case proves a couple myths wrong. First, we work all the time. Not every chat lasts a week or just a few days. Some chats go for months... and months... and months. Oscar started this guy prior to our massive Riverside sting and finished him up six months after it was completed. Second, predators aren't stupid, they're obsessed. Hyatt knew of us, knew we worked Riverside often... yet he still tried to meet up with an underage girl. One played so convincingly that we have the predator recorded as saying so.
For his troubles and ours, Hyatt received four years in prison and all the fun sex offender registration restrictions once he gets out of jail. Hyatt's case is a good example of just how dedicated and apt our trained contributors are.
Notes from the Contributor, Oscar Mayer
In December 2005 Christopher James Hyatt of Redwood City, CA contacted what he thought was a 12 year old girl on Teenspot.com named dark_dana_666. The chat moved to Yahoo instant messenger, where Chris went into great detail what he would like to do to young Dana. Verified by the ever-awesome punkiegirl, who even (blech) called him "daddy" like he requested.
He got scared and cancelled the first meeting, at one point citing perverted-justice.com and the Riverside bust that was posted on the mainpage. But that didn't deter him quite enough, and for the next 7 months, Chris talked to Dana on & off. Not exactly an upstanding citizen and an all-around unlikeable guy, he had been kicked out of his apartment and was pretty much homeless. He logged onto library computers to chat to Dana via MySpace.
During the 7 months, Chris made plans to get enough money to take Dana on a whirlwind bus tour of the United States, even letting her blow him in the back of the bus. Twelve hours a day on a bus with a pedophile? What girl doesn't dream of that?
On July 31, 2006, Chris arrived at a library in Riverside where he'd arranged to meet Dana. He instructed her to pack clothes, toiletries, and all of her babysitting money. She was told to erase all traces of him from her MySpace account, and be prepared to be on the run. Instead of a smitten young girl ready to be swept away, he met a smitten pair of handcuffs and 4 years in jail, having been charged with attempted kidnapping-robbery/rape and attempted lewd act with a child under 14.
Huge thanks to the Riverside Sheriff's Department that organized officers and a decoy in the few short hours notice we had. It would have been very easy for Chris to slip away and never be seen again, but Riverside's cooperation and efficiency made it possible to put him exactly where he belongs.
