And that is why you're in prison, Russell. A 14 year old IS a child, and you legally cannot try to rape them. Just a legal lesson for you, but I'm sure you know from experience by now.

Russell Lee Bennett is not quite so clean shaven now: http://www.state.mi.us/mdoc/asp/otis2profile.asp?mdocNumber=760030

He was convicted of a count of having child sexually abusive material and of a count of using the internet to commit a crime. He must remain in prison for a minimum of 18 months up to a maximum of 20 years, and he had to register as a sex offender, as you can see at the link above.

    Contributor notes from Malibu Breeze
Russell Bennett has hit on 17 of our decoy profiles over the years. As you'll see by his chat he is a predator through and through, willing to be with girls as young as 12. He has also admitted to having sexual relations with young girls while in the military. He went to meet my decoy profile at the Church's Chicken in Detroit. LE followed him home to get a valid address for him to serve a warrant on him to obtain his computer. When they arrested him he was living in a home with no electricity. He and his roommate were using an extension cord running from a neighbor to get power to run their computers. I bet he wishes he had just decided to sit in the dark.

I truly appreciate the hard work of the investigators of the Michigan Attorney General's office. They did a wonderful job of finding, serving, arresting, and prosecuting this predator.

This is our 520th conviction since June of 2004 and our 20th conviction for 2010.
