    Probably not, Keith.

Hey... we're back again. Keith Joens hit up a couple PeeJ Contributors during our last Portland, Oregon Group Media Bust... while he didn't show that day, he did show another day into the loving arms of NCIS, the Navy's Criminal Investigative Service. NCIS hopped on this one quickly after being contacted and were uber-professional as always.

Joens is the oh-so-lucky recipient of five years, a bad conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a reduction in rank to E-1. He should serve about 2 and 1/2 years of his five year sentence. He is just another in a long-line of military arrests and convictions.

Notes from the Contributor, Maxwell House
Many thanks to the Navy and NCIS for their proactive stance and great effort to put Keith where he belongs - far away from young children. His sentence illustrates just how seriously the Navy takes these types of offenses. Thanks, too, to Pibb for also talking to him during this time, and to Sarah Lee for speaking to the voice of evil.

This is Maxwell's third overall conviction while working for Perverted-Justice.com, our fifth conviction in Washington State, our 46th conviction since June of 2004 and hey, our sixth conviction for January of 2006 and 2006 thus far in general. Once again, thanks to both Maxwell and Pibb who turned over evidence to NCIS for this case, as well thanks to the Navy for taking such a hard-line against internet predators in their ranks.
