Not so much to laugh about now, Dan.

Dan Swinney showed up a year ago to our Riverside sting operation that netted 51 guys over three days. Swinney now has been convicted and sentenced for that crime. Yes, the justice system is often awfully slow.

Dan netted six months in jail and five years probation, plus of course the utter joy of being a registered sexual offender and all the restrictions that come along with that. Swinney is someone we look at being a high risk to reoffend, we'll let the contributor speak on that...

Notes from the Contributor, Don Pedro
Dan Swinney (a.k.a. Dsswinney) is a guy who scares the hell out of me. When I was getting his logs ready to send to the Riverside PD, I was surprised that I already had a folder for this assclown. He had hit another 13-year-old boy I was playing up a few months prior. That fact alone proves that Dan Swinney is a dangerous individual. Also, the non-chalant way he takes the news that he talks to my 13-year-old boy and offers to come over to his house is frightening.

Anyone who worked this Riverside sting knows what an insane affair it was - 51 guys showing up to one house in 3 days. Think about that number, folks: One more, and we could have made a deck of cards! I remember how crazy it was trying to fit everyone who wanted to show up to the house on the schedule. Many thanks must go out to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office for their extremely hard work on all of these cases.

This is our 162nd conviction since June of 2004 and our 41st conviction for 2007 so far.
