    Yet another typical online predator conversation.

    He will receive three years probation, time served, sixty days of Caltrans, and registration as a sexual offender. It is what we call the \"Long Beach Special.\" One judge is hearing all the cases from the Long Beach sting and due to discretionary sentencing, is giving pretty much the same sentence to everyone, whether they came for a 14 year old or an 11 year old.

    Nothing we can do about that except compare and contrast it to other California arrests we've had where almost every other predator has gotten between 3 months to 5 years in jail. Once again, discretionary sentencing gives all the power to the judge. If you don't like sentences like this as a reader, remember the term \"discretionary sentencing\" when you see ballot measures about changing the power our society gives to judges.

    I was thrilled when asked to work our Long Beach sting as I was a Junior Contributor at the time. I was very excited to do the Long Beach sting and with the fantastic training I recieved from our JC boot camp I believe it helped me tremendously in working this sting.

    Long Beach was a very successful sting not only for Perverted-Justice.com but also the Long Beach LE. They were very supportive of our efforts and a wonderful group of people to work with. A big thank you goes to Long Beach LE to Max and our hardworking JC team and to Van De Camp for being my verifier.

    I was hit by curvedforherpleasure while trolling in the San Diego rooms. It didn't take him long to decide he would come see my 13 year old persona in Long Beach for sex. He even sent me a picture of his dick. Nice guy, huh?

    He states he got hard from showing his picture to my 13 year old persona. What kind of turn on is that? It's sick and twisted.

    So, he was sentenced to 3 years probation. Is that enough? For me, No. If anything it should've been 3 years in prison. I would've been happier if it was more time but I am happy to know this guy will think twice before sending a child pictures let alone even talking to one.

    This is our 123rd conviction since June of 2004 and our second conviction of the year for 2007! Nine days into the year and we already have two convictions. Not too shabby.
