Uh, whenever you get out of prison, don't go into stand up comedy.

Jerald Peter Dsouza was arrested in early 2009 by the FBI for a charge of use of interstate commerce to induce minor to engage in criminal sexual activity. Federal charges, as most know, are especially serious, and this was reflected in the sentence Dsouza faced. Despite pleading guilty, Dsouza did not receive a weak sentence in return. He received a sentence of 10 years in federal prison and ten years of supervised release. Instead of his probation, he may be deported, but only after his prison sentence is served.
