Crazy4theNATS [8:44 P.M.]: after I fuck your ass, will you suck me real good till I come?

That's a special education teacher, folks.

Yes, we're still logging convictions from Dateline 2: Virginia. Despite doing six Dateline's past that, even. It's an indicator of how many cases we have out there. Jay Alternative worked this case and it was one of many cases from Virginia that were supremely disturbing. This man had access to children each day that would not have been advanced in defending themselves from his desires.

Needless to say, we're quite happy that he's now going to be unable to offend against any of them. He's been sentenced to five years in federal prison, ten years afterwards of supervised probation, registration as a sex offender and various fines. Obviously, we're very pleased with the sentence he received and quite happy that he'll never hold that sort of sway over kids again.

Notes from the Contributor, Jay Alternative
Everyone has their moments. For me, this is one of them.

Steven M. Bennof met his fate when he appeared before Dateline cameras during our Herndon, Virginia sting. A married man, living an average life in Washington D.C., teaching special education in Maryland, sealed his own fate with 4 minutes of fame.

What many PJ members might not realize, when we are chatting with these individuals, we really do not know who they are. We do not really know what they do, what is fact or fiction. Our job is to gather evidence and make a clean cut case for police.

I will never forget the day I learned who AOL screen name Crazy4thenats really was. In one Instant Message, Frag informed me that one of my cases which showed was an ER doctor and Pediatrician, the other, Bennof, was a Special Education Teacher. I told Frag I had to go, my stomach just sunk. I was at work, left my desk, and went for a walk. Two individuals parents trust with their children everyday, every hour, lurking the net for more.

To this day, as I walked that day, I wonder what type of children were in Bennof's care? Were they able to communicate to their parents if Bennof was conducting himself in a manner sexually threatening to them? Would they even know if certain actions were inappropriate?

During college, I volunteered at a school for children with Downs Syndrome. All I could think of is a person like Bennof having access to those kids. Every time I showed up there, these kids were full of love, trust, and just something so special I cannot describe. To think, for one moment, a person would violate any of these children is beyond anything I know or feel.

Mr. Bennof, I hope you rot in hell. You are one case that will remain in my mind for the rest of my life.

A special thanks to the FBI, District Judge Leonie M. Brinkema, and Lead Attorney Gerald J. Smagala for their diligence with this case.

This is our 89th conviction since June of 2004 and our 49th conviction for the year 2006 thus far. This is another in a long line of TCAP-associated convictions. We still have over two hundred cases pending, as well.
