Except, not so very much. Jason Michael Horel had actually chatted with two of our Contributors. He was arrested based upon the chats with one, and the chats with the other were used as supporting evidence in sentencing. Had he not taken a plea agreement, he was at risk of being charged in a different county for the chats with the other Contributor.

Horel was charged with, and plead guilty to, a 2nd degree felony charge of Enticing a Minor Over the Internet and a 3rd degree felony of Attempted Sex Exploitation of a Minor. For the 2nd degree felony he was sentenced to 1-15 years in prison, and for the 3rd degree felony he as sentenced to 0-5 years in prison. He'll be spending his time in the Utah State Prison.

This is our 567th conviction since June of 2004.
