I didn't have to go far to find a section to quote. Nice? NICE?

Russell Baker was arrested as part of our IF work in Santa Cruz, California. He pled guilty and received 180 days in jail, three years probation, fines, and he had to register as a sex offender. He also was ordered to complete sex offender counselling.

    Contributor notes from KC Masterpiece
HD88399 aka Russell Baker, age 44 hit up my decoy on April 8, 2008 in a Yahoo chat room, he moved very quickly with his intent to meet. He was cautious at first with the words he used but soon made it clear his intent for sex. He had no problem chatting with someone he believed was 13 and even stated he liked that age. He also gave instructions on how to turn off the computers archiving. Russell Baker was extremely persistent in his efforts to have my \"decoy\" circumvent parental curfews and restrictions and to dress\"sexy\". He was audacious enough to have my \"decoy\" call a \"girlfriend\" to \"meet me for you\". He was arrested 5/9/2008.

Thanks to Belvedere for verifying and I sincerely want to thank all the JC trainers for their efforts and the confidence they instilled in me and a special thanks to Silver Jordan for taking the time to read my logs and guide me.

I would also like to thank Inspector Aaron Morse with the Santa Cruz County District Attorneys Office. Since this was my first arrest he was very informative, explained all the facts and laws and was very quick to call back with the details of the arrest. It was truly an awesome first experience.

This is our 434th conviction since June of 2004, our 130th conviction for 2009, and our 116th conviction in California thus far.
