    Yeah, hello creepy.

If we're the judge, he gets five years alone for the username, let alone the chat. However, that was not the case. Mr. Rape You Anally otherwise known as Michael Warrecker has received probation for five years, credit for the 120 days he has already spent in jail, lifetime registration as a sex offender with any probation violation netting him four years in jail. He will have to take sex offender classes, etc, etc, usual stuff.

We think that with his chat-log and his profiles of various rape-paraphenalia that this is definitely too light a sentence. But hey, we're not the judge. Just is important now for his community to know he's out and about. Being a predator is one thing, being a predator and having sick rape obsession is another.

Notes from the Contributor, Van de Camp
What else do you need besides the screenname to know this guy is screwed up? Everytime you think you've seen it all some guy comes along and proves you wrong. Vamale, meet The Rapist, he'll be replacing you now. I say The Rapist because that was his display name after adding me to his YIM "My Rapist". Charming isn't it? This man is obsessed with all things rape. Pictures of rape were on his profile and myspace. His myspace even had a very creepy song playing on it of a child's voice. It was really hard for me to deal with talking to him because it brought up memories from my own rape. By the way, thanks to the contributors who talked to me while I was talking to him to keep me company and to ease my thoughts.

I'm glad he was convicted, but I'm not happy with the sentence. My only hope is that he violates his probation and gets thrown in jail. I think this case should serve as a motive to all to lobby for stronger laws and harsher prosecution of these "people".These people don't need a slap on the wrist, then need jail time.Thank you to Ginger who took the phone call from him before he drove over.

This is our 106th conviction since June of 2004 and our 66th conviction for the year 2006 thus far. This officially doubles our conviction total from last year, which was 33 for the twelve months of 2005. What a good year!
