I discovered Perverted Justice in early 2004 after a Group Media Bust ran in a friend's hometown. I jumped into the forums, eager to make a difference. I spent the first solid week reading old busts, growing more disgusted with each log I read.

As a mother of three, I do this to protect children online. No child deserves to have his or her innocence stolen by a predator. The scars that remain last a lifetime. If I am able to save even one child, all of my work has been worthwhile.

History is filled with people who saw a problem and made the decision to correct that problem. Online predators are a huge problem in the lives of our children. The Internet can be a wondrous place for children. Sadly, it can also be filled with great evil. Little by little we are shining a light on that evil.
