I found PJ from a newspaper article in a local paper about a "bust house." I was intriqued to say the least. A few days later I actually watched the media coverage on the local news channel. Like many others I ventured over to the website to explore. I spent DAYS reading through all of the posts and chatlogs to learn all I could about the threat of online predators.

My reasons for joining and wanting to become a part of this team is because I am a mother to three wonderful children. I live by the motto- "If not me, then who?" I do not assume I can put an end to people wanting to take advantage of children, but I can try to do what I can.

Technology has made it too simple for bad people to enter a childs life and destroy it. I shall use that same technology to stop as many of those people as I can.
